Alan Low - October 2009 Hi, We all had a fantastic time in Florida and are just starting to recover from the jet lag. The villa and location were perfect. We had no problems finding it with your precise directions and using the secure box and alarm were again no problem. The pool was a huge success with the kids and most of the time spent at the villa was spent in the pool by them. We cannot think of anything that we missed or you did not have to improve our stay. You have obviously worked very hard to get it just right. The only thing we had to buy was a decent road map to help us find our way about for the first few days. We soon got the hang of it and found all the right places to visit and eat out at. We had two fantastic meals at the ‘Bahama Breeze’ restaurant in International Drive and if you haven’t tried this restaurant then it’s definitely one to visit on your next trp. Peter Horton - October 2009 Hi Michelle & Kevin Just to say many thanks for the rental of Eaglet Villa, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. You have a fantastic home in Kissimmee that provides all the amenities needed for a great holiday in the area. I hope the management company found everything OK following our departure. I had stripped the bed and washed and dried the sheets etc. but didn’t get time to dry all the towels, they were still drying in the dryer as we left. Although Friday was garbage collection day, it hadn’t been collected by the time we left so I pulled back the wheelie bin from the kerb in order to prevent any $5 rollback fee being incurred. There was very little garbage anyway as it had been collected on Tuesday  Once again, many thanks and we would definitely look to renting Eaglet Villa again in the future.

Christine Gay - August 2009 We are back home now and trying to adjust to the time, and cutting down on the food intake. We had a lovely time in the villa but I forgot to sign your book as to be honest we were out most of the time.   The villa was great and just the right size for the 4 of us. It was clean on arrival and trust that we left it in the same condition. I managed to put the towels on for washing and made sure bins were emptied and put all the cushions back neatly on the settee. Can't get over the bed in the master bed room, it was lovely and comfortable. The shower in the master bedroom was great. The one between the two bedrooms took some time to work at first. You will need to thank the neighbour (I think next door) who put our bin back up by the garage while we were out after it was emptied.

We've finally returned home!  Thank you so much for letting us stay at your Villa!  We had a fantastic time....the house was very neat and tidy upon our arrival.   We had a great time in the pool...it was so warm, perfect for little (and big ones!) not wanting to swim in cold water!  The weather was great too...warm and sunny every day....averaging 28 degrees or so!  We will definitely be returning again!  As you know this was our first time staying in a "house" instead of a hotel, and I think we are now all spoiled!   I can't think of anything that would have made the stay any better...everything was there...even the stroller in the garage! Your driving directions were wonderful, and the Wal-Mart was right around the corner!  If you ever need a recommendation, I'd be happy to provide a glowing one! Jet lag dictates that I am up at this hour catching up on office emails... Your villa was first class and we really felt it was a home from home...we have been to Florida many times before and after a six years absence had decided we would take the kids back for one last time - not expecting for a minute to fall in love with the place all over again! Additionally the car hire link was excellent - and the additional benefit of sat nav removed many a tense moment from the cockpit!! Yes the holiday was excellent and your villa was the highlight. It is a beautiful home, very well looked after and maintained. The location is ideal also - near enough to attractions and yet removed from the hustle-bustle of the highways. The pool was such a big hit with kids and adults alike. I cannot think of anything which you could add which would have made our stay any better. The only item we found to be wanting was a tray to carry items from the kitchen to outside - but we managed! The key will be posted back to you tomorrow (Tuesday) and upon your safe rcpt. we look forward to the return of our £200 deposit. Jeanette Rigby - May 2006 Dear Michelle, We had a wonderful time in Kissimmee.  Your villa was fantastic. We loved the way it was set out when we arrived.  We can't think of anything that your villa needs.  It had everything anyone would ever need. We had a very busy week visiting both Universal Studios, Sea World and Discovery Cove.  We spent my youngest son's birthday at Discovery Cove, it was a wonderful experience swimming with the Dolphins. We were all very tired after the week and looked forward to going across to Spring Hill for a quieter week. I have sent the key back today by registered post( the one were you have to sign for the envelope). I will thoroughly recommend your villa in the future to my family, friends and work colleagues. Thank you for the use of your villa.  We may use it again in the future if we return to Florida.

Suzete Rodigues - November 2005 Hi Michelle, Everything went well, there were no problems at all.   The house was perfect and we had a great time.  My boys especially enjoyed the pool and my oldest is already asking when we can go back again.  Hopefully if all goes well we can go back in 2-3 years, we should be completely out of diapers and "stroller free" by then. Sara Birch - November 2004 Michelle Thanks so much for your "welcome home" email - it's this sort of thing that, for me, makes having used your house all the more appealing.  You have the personal touch approach and I like that - just like your phone call when we arrived in Florida, I thought that was very thoughtful, even if I did bombard you with our problems! I hope you will soon receive your keys and if everything is in order, a cheque to Sara Birch would be great. I really can't think of anything that I need to comment on vis-a-vis the house - it was quite perfect.  There is certainly no way in which it can be improved as far as we were concerned. Thanks so much, we really did enjoy every aspect of our holiday, albeit if Disney was a bit busy over the Thanksgiving week - perhaps a word of warning if you guys have never visited at that time!

Lee and Sue Belanger - February 2004 Hi from Maine! Just arrived home today.  As you have noticed our vacation was a week longer than when we left your home. Let me first tell you what a wonderful time we had and enjoyed our stay at your home!  Everything was just terrific.  The house was beautiful and so comfortable I can't imagine ever staying at the hotels again!  My requests were attended to promptly by Yvonne.  We also enjoyed the pool but very glad we chose to have it heated as the weather was a bit cool.  Needless to say that did not stop us as we managed to hit a few of the hot spots. Discovery Cove being the high point for us.  Swimming with the dolphins was an incredible experience!!! Receiving your phone call Sunday morning took me by surprise.  It was nice to know that as the owners you wanted to make sure that we found everything in order and that we were satisfied.  And we were!! Thomas and Kathleen Rafferty, Illinois - June 2003 We had a great time although we are exhausted!!!  The villa was comfortable and beautiful.  The pool was fabulous!  We did have heavy rain for the last two days of our vacation.  The Play station game kept the children busy!  Staying at the villa gave us more options for dining and entertainment. Tony So, Hong Kong - December  2002 There were many vacation home sites, but we immediately fell for the Eaglet home after seeing the pictures - beautifully and tastefully decorated, and with a private pool. When we arrived, it was exactly as pictured, and more. All the necessary utensils were stocked, with all the appliances making cooking an early lunch or night snack easy. After a long day out, it was also relaxing in the house with a big (40 inch?) TV in the living room, and there were even some video movie tapes. The pool was lovely, and our son just loved it. Furthermore, the house was at a very convenient location, close to Disney World, the Universal Studios, and the shopping malls/outlets. We were so glad we'd picked the right house at such a reasonable price, which made our Orlando vacation such an enjoyable one.
